Our products are authetically designed and hand made. The quality of the product is verified by our quality department. Nevertheless if you are not satisfied of the product due to visual damages and not design specific, we are happy to accept the return in original and unworn condition.
All request for exchange and returns will be processed after we have received and condition checked the returned items. Items needs to be returned with its label in-tact along with the original packaging and receipt.
Please allow us 10 working days for the request to be processed and fulfilled. No exchange or refund will be made before we acquire the returned parcel or if any of the above said conditions are not fulfilled.
We will do a one to one exchange for any of the defect items. In the case we do not have this item availbale in stock a complete refund will be provided for the said item only.
Our products if available in stock will be shipped out within 5 - 7days. for items our of stock please allow us 2 weeks time frame as we custom make all our products.
Shipping Fees of RM 10 will be charged for orders below RM 150 within West Malaysia and RM 20 for East Malaysia.
Any parcel for international delivery would be charged at a flat rate of USD 20.
We are not responsible for lost parcel if proof of postage is provided. Any claim will have to be made with our third part postal service provider s and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensation claims (if any)
